Autumn anticipation... Burgundy

L'autunno è iniziato e, anche se qui fa ancora caldo, io non posso proprio permettermi di rinunciare ai trend di questa stagione solamente perchè alla colonnina di mercurio piace salire oltre i 20 gradi!! Mi toccherà resistere stoicamente... Ma, d'altronde, che cosa non si fa per la moda?!

Il comune denominatore delle collezioni fw 2012-2013 è sicuramente il bordeaux. Quel colore non colore che, a pensarci bene, sta proprio bene con tutto. Più originale degli strausati nero-grigio-blu, meno sfacciata del rosso e del rosa shocking, ma non meno glamour, questa tinta, se ora non vi entusiasma, vi conquisterà col tempo (e grazie alle vetrine dei negozi). Prugna, burgundy, granata (soprattutto a Torino), magenta... Sono molti i nomi che vengono dati a questo colore, ma, alla fine, che cambia? Sfumatura più, sfumatura meno, la sostanza non cambia: bisogna averlo nel proprio armadio (su che capo, decidetelo voi: c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta)!

Per questo, appena ho visto questa lunga gonna plissè in un negozio, non ho potuto fare a meno di entrare e farla subito mia. Lo so, è presto per dirlo, ma sono sicura che la utilizzerò molte volte, e in situazioni diversissime. Perciò, seguitemi!

Come potete vedere, la bordeaux-mania ha colpito anche i mie accessori, come la mia amata Falabella by Stella McCartney e non solo... (post in progress).

Fall has begun and, even though here it's still hot, I can't renounce to the seasonal trends!! I'll must stoicly resist the heat. What is not done for fashion?!

The main character of the fw 2012-2013 collections is burgundy, a perfect with everything colour. Trendier than the usual black-grey-blue group, easier than red and shocking pink, but not less glamourous, this colour will make you fall in love with it.

This is what happened to me because, when I saw this beautiful long plissè skirt, I immediately felt "called by it" into the shop. In few minutes, the skirt became mine. I know it's early to say it, but I really think I'll use it many different times. So, follow me! 

As you can see, the burgundy-mania reached my accessories too: my beloved Falabella bag by Stella McCartney is just one of them... (post in progress).

Cadet Kiki...

La scuola (sorry, l'università) è iniziata, e così il brutto tempo. I meteorologi lo avevano preannunciato e con le temperature è cambiato anche il mio look. 

Adoro da sempre lo stile militare e a volte mi pare di sentirmi come una soldatessa alle prese con le mille avversità della giornata. Tuttavia, militar-chic non fa rima con rigore assoluto o, peggio, noia. Si sta pur sempre parlando di stile!

Ciò che più mi piace è mixare i generi  e, con questo outfit, credo di esserci riuscita. Al dettaglio più cattivo, i cargo camouflage, affianco infatti capi più gentili. Un mini trench, una morbida sciarpa di pizzo, una tracollina e occhiali iperfemminili, per me, sono l'ideale.

Ditemi cosa ne pensate!!

School (sorry, university) has started, and so the bad weather. With temperatures also my look has changed.

I've always loved the army style and, sometimes, I feel like a soldier, who fights against the many adversities of the day. However, militar-chic style isn't strict or, that's worse, boring: we're talking about fashion!!

What I like the most is to mix genres and, with this outfit, I think I did it. Next to the naughtiest detail, the camouflage pants, there are kinder items. A mini trench, a soft lace scarf, a little bag and supergirlish sunglasses are perfect for me.

Tell me whta you think about it!!

Lace + denim, my last summer days in the city

In queste ultime giornate d'estate e di sole (già, qui a Torino il tempo peggiorerà presto), di vestirmi con la mia solita divisa "giacca-maglietta-skinny jeans" non ne ho proprio voglia. Questo è il mio ultimo weekend di vacanza, mio malgrado, e ho deciso di optare per un look più spensierato e easy. Senza dimenticare, però, che al mare non ci sono più :( .  

Al posto dei sandali o delle strausate Havaianas, ecco un bel paio di Car Shoe, più leggere di una sneakers e più comode di una ballerina. Gonna corta? Sì, ma accompagnata da una camicia di denim leggero, sportiva, ma ingentilita da un collier-bijoux vintage. Occhiali da sole neri (ma velvety!) e una borsa di media grandezza ma super glamourous, completano il tutto.

In these last sunny summer days in Turin, I really don't want to wear my usual city-uniform, "blazer-T-shirt-skinny jeans". This is my last weekend of holiday, unluckily, and I've decided to choose an easier look. Without forgetting that I'm not anymore at the seaside. 

Instead of sandals or the superused Havaianas, I wear a pair of Car Shoe. lighter than a sneaker and more comfortable than a flat. Mini skirt? Yes, but with a denim shirt, sporty, but made girlish by the vintage necklace. In the end, black sunglasses (but velvety!) and a superglamourous bag make the rest.
